  • Dr. Jonathan Thomas-Stagg is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified School Psychologist. He is the founder and President of Evergreen Assessment & Consultation (EAC) which was officially opened in 2024. Prior to founding EAC, he founded EAC’s sister company, Evergreen Coaching and Counseling Services in 2019. He has experience working in public school settings, University settings advocating for students with disabilities, and private practice. He has 20+ years of experience and in that time has conducted over 10,000 psychological evaluations for clients ranging from 6 weeks to 99 years. He has two children who keep him on his toes. Jonathan enjoys nature, philsophy, art, and music, in no particular order.

  • Katrina Dixon is currently enrolled at Mississippi State University in the Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) Combined Health Service Psychology program with a concentration in School Psychology. Over the past 25 years, she has served in a variety of roles within education, including teacher, instructional coach, and psychometrist.

She is from the Mississippi Gulf Coast, where fishing and spending time at the beach are a way of life. She has a strong passion for working with children and helping them develop into productive, successful members of society. In her limited free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading.

  • Xiao is a doctoral student in School Psychology at Syracuse University, and much of her training has focused on working with children, adolescents, and families, especially neurodivergent individuals. She has experience supporting people with neurodevelopmental disorders in accessing state-level services and supports for two years, which has helped her better understand the importance of advocacy, collaboration, and individualized care. Her professional interests include interventions for autistic students, trauma-informed care, and helping individuals transition into adulthood with greater independence and quality of life. Outside of school psychology, she enjoy traveling, spending time with family, trying new foods, and learning about different cultures.
